养老机构老年人生活质量内涵的质性研究

Qualitative Research on the Quality of Life of the Elderly in the Old-age Care Institution

目的:探讨养老机构老年人生活质量的内涵,为制定适宜的测评工具提供依据。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取济南市2家养老机构的老年人进行半结构化深入访谈,并结合观察法收集资料;资料达到饱和时终止访谈,共有6名老年人纳入研究;运用Colaizzi现象学分析法,分析养老机构老年人的生活质量内涵。结果:提取关于养老机构老年人生活质量的8个主题,包括身体健康、饮食满意、安全感、环境舒适、自主性、人际交往、娱乐活动和情绪健康。结论:基于我国文化背景,本研究对养老机构老年人的生活质量内涵进行了初步探讨,为制定适宜的测量工具提供理论基础。

Objective： To explore the connotation of the quality of life of the elderly in the old-age institution,and to provide the basis for the formulation of appropriate evaluation tools. Methods： By using purposive sampling method,2 old-age care institutions in Jinan were selected to do the semi-structured in-depth interviews,which were combined with the observation to collect data. At the time of saturation,6 elderly people were included in the study. The Colaizzi＇s phenomenological analysis method was applied to analyze the connotation of life quality of the elderly in the old-age care institution. Results： The 8 themes of elderly people＇s quality of life were extracted,including physical health,dietary satisfaction,safety,environmental comfort,autonomy,interpersonal communication,recreational activities and emotional health. Conclusion： Based on China＇s cultural background,this study tentatively explored the connotation of quality of life of the elderly in the old-age care institutions,providing a theoretical basis for developing appropriate measurement tools.
