优质护理服务在外科门诊患者中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Surgical Outpatient

目的:探讨优质护理服务在外科门诊患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将接受外科门诊治疗的120例患者随机分为对照组与干预组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上采用优质护理服务,比较两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分及护理满意率。结果:护理后干预组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务模式能够改善外科门诊患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解疼痛,提高患者满意率。

Objective： To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in surgical outpatient. Methods： A total of 120 patients receiving surgical outpatient treatment were randomly divided into the control grouP〈0and the intervention group,60 cases in each group.The control grouP〈0was given routine nursing care,and the intervention grouP〈0was given high-quality nursing service on the basis of the control group. The assessment scores of anxiety,depression,pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention. Results： After intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（ SDS） and Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） in intervention grouP〈0were all significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈00. 05）,and the nursing satisfaction rate in intervention grouP〈0was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈00. 05）. Conclusion： The high quality nursing service model can improve the patients＇ anxiety and depression in the surgical outpatient,relieve the pain and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
