中医外治护理技术在膝关节退行性变患者中的应用

Application of External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Degenerative Knee Joint

目的:探讨中医外治护理技术在膝关节退行性变患者中的应用效果。方法:将220例膝关节退行性变患者按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各110例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医外治护理技术,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组干预后数字分级法(NRS)评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分及满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医外治护理技术可缓解膝关节退行性变患者的疼痛症状,提高膝关节活动能力及满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） on patients with degenerative knee joint. Methods： A total of 220 patients with knee degeneration were divided into the observation grouP〈0and the control grouP〈0according to the order of hospitalization,110 cases in each group. The control grouP〈0was given routine nursing,while the observation grouP〈0was given external treatment nursing technology on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results： After the intervention of the two groups,there are statistically significant differences in the scores of NRS digital grading,the score of Lysholm knee joint function and the satisfaction rate（ P〈00. 05）. Conclusion： The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the pain symptoms of the patients with degenerative knee joint and improve the ability and satisfaction of the knee joint.
