2S-TE教育模式在新入职护士岗前培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨2S-TE(Student as Standardized Patient学生标准化病人,Seenario Simulation情景模拟,Training Examination培训考核)教育模式在新入职护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法:将60名新入职护士随机分为实验组和对照组各30名,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用2S-TE教育模式,比较两组教育效果。结果:实验组教育后医学及其相关专业大学生学习积极性(ALS)量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:2S-TE教育模式中学生标准化病人(SSP)具有较强的模仿能力,可重复性及操作性强,在培养新入职护士的临床适应能力、业务技能、沟通技巧、人文关怀等方面效果显著。
