中国创客空间建设的SWOT分析与对策研究

针对创客空间高速发展期后的同质化竞争、与产业脱节、盈利能力低下、融资途径狭窄等典型问题,利用SWOT方法分析了创客空间所具有的模式、人才和文化的优势,以及融资途径受限、影响力不足、体量不大和赢利前景堪忧的劣势;所面临的产业和政策的机遇,以及无序发展和扶持门槛较高的挑战。提出加大公益性项目和环节扶持以促进人才培养,以产业政策引导和鼓励创办民营创客空间,加快融资平台建设,推动创企合作及产业嵌入,降低扶持门槛和简化审批程序,以行业组织推动重组优化等策略,促进创客空间发挥创新驱动功能和实现持续发展。

Aiming at typical problems such as homogenized competition, disconnection with industry, low profitable capability and narrow financing channel after phase of high speed development of maker - space, the paper uses SWOT method and analyzes strength in mode, human resource and culture, weakness in financing, influence, scale and profitability, opportunity in industry and policy, and challenge in disorder development and high support threshold of maker - space. Strategies such as promoting public welfare project and segment to train talents, encouraging construction of private maker space with industrial policy, accelerating construction of financing platform, promoting space - enterprise cooperation and industrial imbeddedness, lowering support threshold and simplifying approving program, and promoting reconfiguration optimization by industrial association etc. , are put forward for maker - space to exert innovation - driving function and realize sustained development.
