新颁布的《学生管理规定》以立德树人为根本,以管理育人为原则,更新学生管理理念,深化教育教学改革,依法依规科学管理,更好服务学生成长。该规定的实行将进一步推进高校学生管理领域的制度变革,为培养社会主义建设者、接班人提供保障。

The newly issued Students＂ R egulation is based on nurturing talents through morality, with the principle of educating students through management. The ideology of students＂ management needs to be refreshed in more scientific ways, along with deeper revolution of education and pedagogy in accordance with laws and state regulations to better serve the growth of students. The implementation of the regulation will further promote system reform in the field of student management in colleges and universities and provide guarantee for cultivating socialist constructors and successors.
