摘要
目前越来越多的研究表明自噬可参与甲状腺癌起始、发展、转归及耐药等多个过程。通过研究自噬通路与相关基因的调控作用,可为自噬治疗甲状腺癌提供更多的理论依据。本文就近年来自噬主要的信号转导通路及相关调控基因在甲状腺癌临床及基础研究进展作一综述。
At present, an increasing body of researches indicate that autophagy participate in the a lot of processes of thyroid cancer, such as thyroid cancer initiation, development, prognosis and drug resistance etc. The regulation of autophagy pathways and related genes, which are the theoretical basis for autophagy to treat thyroid cancer. This review summarizes the major signal transduction pathways and related genes of autophagy in thyroid cancer.
