小剂量右美托咪啶对脊柱后路手术患者苏醒期的影响探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小剂量右美托咪啶对脊柱后路手术患者苏醒期产生的具体影响。方法从我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的脊柱后路手术患者中随机选取74例进行研究,采用随机数字表法法将其分为对照组(37例,经生理盐水维持)和观察组(37例,经小剂量右美托咪啶维持),对比两组患者的术后苏醒状况和不同时间段的镇静躁动和镇静评分。结果 (1)经比较,呼吸恢复和睁眼时间均明显长于对照组,术后拔管时间明显短于对照组,组间各指标差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经对比,观察组在T_2的Riker评分明显低于对照组,且在T_1和T_2时间段的Ramesay评分明显高于对照组,上述组间差异均有意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱后路手术中采用小剂量右美托咪啶予以维持输注,可以有效预防患者在苏醒期的躁动,降低苏醒期风险,缓解患者的痛苦,具有良好的临床应用价值。
