美国作为世界上最有影响力的国家,在对华的反补贴案件调查的数量上逐年递增,严重影响了我国对外贸易和经济发展。江苏省地处长江三角洲地区,是我国对外贸易规模位居前列的贸易大省,因此反补贴调查对江苏省也造成了巨大的影响。通过详细论述当前美国对我国江苏省铝型材产品进行反补贴调查的现状、带来的影响以及解决对策,旨在希望我国在面对美国反补贴调查中能够找到应对措施,促进我国由贸易大国转向贸易强国。

As the most influential country in the world,the United States has been increasing the number of countervailing investigations into China year by year,seriously affecting China＇s foreign trade and economic development.Located in the Yangtze River Delta,Jiangsu Province is the largest trade province with the largest foreign trade scale in our country. Therefore,the anti-subsidy investigation has also had a tremendous impact on Jiangsu Province.This paper discusses in detail the current situation of U. S. anti-subsidy investigations on aluminum products in Jiangsu Province and their effects as well as their countermeasures so as to hope that our country can find countermeasures in the face of the countervailing investigation in the United States,Our country can become a trading power by a big trading country.
