摘要
在互联网经济高速发展的新时代,微商的出现解决了传统市场和电商市场高成本、高管理要求、投资收益慢等问题,并以其独特的创业模式迅速扩张。然而过热的发展,使得微商行业出现较多隐患。根据微商平台现状分析,了解到平台微商在020、社会化客户关系管理等方面存在优势,但同时微商平台也存在一些不足。提出了微商平台化发展策略:建立奖励措施,完善微商分销平台;结合O2O模式精准营销,促进微商平台人性化;结合中小企业转型需求,促进平台商品多元化。
Internet economy is making high speed development in the new era,the emergence of the derivative to solve the traditional market and dealer market management requirements of the high cost and high,slow investment income,and expand rapidly with its unique business model. However,the development of overheat makes micro business industry more trouble. According to the current situation analysis of micro business platform,it is understood that micro business has advantages in 020 and social customer relationship management,but there are also some deficiencies in micro business platform. The development strategy of micro business platform was proposed: the incentive measures were set up to perfect the micro business distribution platform. Combined with the accurate marketing of O2 O model,promote the humanization of micro business platform; In combination with the transformation demand of small and medium-sized enterprises,promote the diversification of platform commodities.
