随着会展经济的迅猛发展,行业对高校会展专业毕业生的实践能力提出了更高的要求,实践教学模式的创新成为高校会展专业建设的重要环节。从会展行业人才需求出发,结合高校会展人才培养现状,针对会展专业课实践教学存在的问题,提出理论与实践教学融合的创新模式,为高校会展专业人才与市场对接提供保证。

With the rapid development of MICE economy,exhibition industry puts forward higher requirements on the practical ability for graduates. The innovation of practice teaching mode has become an important segment of the specialty construction. With the demand of exhibitionindustry professionals,combined with the status of the talents training in college,aiming at the problems in the practice teaching of specialized courses,this paper puts forward an innovativeteaching mode of integration of theory and practice,which provides a guarantee for joint betweentalents and the market.
