摘要
"互联网+"引发教育信息化产生全方位的变革,中美两国作为发展中国家和发达国家的代表,教育信息化发展规划具有广泛的代表性。文章概述了"互联网+"推动教育信息化发展变革现状,追溯并比较了两国教育信息化规划发展历程,重点解读了2017年两国最新出台的教育信息化规划。通过比较得出两国教育信息化发展基础、形成过程和应用层次存在差异,我国教育信息化发展启示包括推进技术变革教育微观和宏观层次应用、扩大参与群体和优化应用效益。
In the "Internet + Education" age, a full range revolution has been brought to the educational informationization field. Individually as representatives of the developing countries and the developed countries, China and the United States have the most extensive representation on their development and plan of educational informationization. This article summarized the development and revolution status of educational informationization promoted by the "Internet + Education", and then gave a comparison of the development history of educational informatization planning between the two countries. Moreover, there was a focused interpretation on the two countries' latest educational informatization plan published in 2017. Comparative results indicated that there are differences of the educational informatization between the two countries in some aspects, including development foundation, forming process and application level. Finally, the implications for our country's educational informationization can be summarized as follows: promote the application of technology-innovated education in micro and macro levels, expand the participation groups and optimize application benefits.
