摘要
This study aims to explore the washback effect of CET4 reform on English teaching and learning.The result of research shows that CET4 reform has a positive effect on teachers’teaching and students’learning,but it also causes some bad effects.Based on the study,some suggestions were put forward on how to promote positive washback of CET4.
