摘要
数控两级式气动发动机是以压缩空气等为动力源,通过其膨胀做功,将压力能转化成机械能的动力装置。进排气管路系统是两级式气动发动机的重要组成部分,直接影响到两级式气动发动机的工作性能及气体消耗率。文中通过某一数控两级式气动发动机进排气管路系统的设计和试验,介绍了该两级式气动发动机的结构特点,分析了最高转速为1 000 r/min时对一、二级汽缸进气管道口径大小的影响,讨论了高频电磁阀最小流通截面和工作频率的要求等,从而确保了对进气量的精准控制,降低了气体消耗率,使两级式气动发动机能够稳定运转,并给出了气动发动机进排气管路系统设计的一般要求、方法和应考虑的问题。
Numerical control two-stage a ir powered engine is a power device which can convert pressure energy of high pressure gas to mechanical energy by high pressure gas expanding. The air in and out pipeline system is an important component of the two-stage air powered engine, which influences the performance characteristics and gas consumption rate in numerical control two-stage air powered engine directly. The structural feature of two-stage air powered engine was introduced through the design and experiment of the air in and out pipeline system of a numerical control two-stage air powered engine. Then, the influence of air admission pipeline dimension value of one and two stage cylinder was analyzed, requirements of minimum flow area of high frequency electromagnetic valve,working frequency and so on were discussed, when maximum speed is 1 000 r/min.As a result, the air input valve can be controlled accurately, gas consumption rate is decreased, and numerical control two-stage air powered engine can run steadily. The ordinary requirement, method and some problems need to be thought are summarized which needed in the process of design the air in and out pipeline system in numerical control two-stage air powered engine.
