摘要 恶性疟原虫引起的恶性疟是一种严重危害人类健康的寄生虫病,采用疫苗防治该病是当前研究的热点领域之一。PfCSP抗原是一种有效的疫苗候选分子,本文综述了鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、卡介苗、耻垢分枝杆菌、腺病毒、牛痘病毒、黄热病病毒和A型流感病毒等微生物介导的恶性疟原虫PfCSP疫苗的研制现状。 Falciparum malaria is a parasitic disease that is caused by Plasmodium falciparum and that seriously endangers human health. Controlling this disease with vaccines has recently become an area of heightened interest. The P. falciparurn circumsporozoite protein (PfCSP) antigen is an effective molecule for potential vaccines. This review outlines the status of research on vaccines made from the PfCSP of P. falciparurn mediated by bacteria such as Salmonella typhimurium, Bacillus Calmette--Guerin, and Mycobacteria smegrnatis and viruses such as adenoviruses, vaccinia viruses, yellow fever virus, and influenza A virus.
