治安情报信息网络体系主要指围绕治安情报信息的各种活动,如生成、整理加工、传输、存储与应用而组成的各种要素(主要涉及人和物的要素)以及这些要素之间的联系机制,要从制度层面完善治安情报网络体系技术标准,包括治安情报信息采集报送机制、研判机制、交流机制、反馈机制以及一系列的考核管理机制,并在网络体系建设中注意整体性、要素相干性、结构层次性及动态开放性等系统特点。

The public security intelligence information network system includes various activities,such as creating,processing,transporting,storing,application and other elements and the mechanism among them.We should perfect the technical standard of information network system form the level of systems.These systems include security intelligence information collection report and delivery mechanism,determining mechanism,exchanging mechanism,feedback mechanism and a series of assessment and management system.Some characteristics including the integrity,coherence of elements,structure hierarchy and dynamic and open features should be paid more attentions in the network system construction.
