公安工作面临的公众信任危机及其应对策略研究

On Public Trust Crisis of Police Work and Its Countermeasures

社会转型期爆发的社会结构失衡、利益分化加剧、社会价值失范等现象,将公安机关推到社会矛盾的风口浪尖,公安工作发生公众信任危机的危险系数进一步加大。为了维护国家的长治久安,增强人民群众的安全感和满意度,有效消减公众信任危机的发生,公安机关应当优化警察执法制度、规范警察执法行为、培育公众的综合素养、改善警媒关系。

The unbalance of social structure,the worse polarization of benefits,and abnormality of social value in the social transformation period,put the police in the swirl core of social conflicts.The public security work easily causes the occurrence of public trust crisis.For the sake of maintenance of national stability and development and strengthening people’s safety feeling and satisfaction,the police organizations should optimize law enforcement system,normalize police’s law enforcement behavior,develop comprehensive cultivated manners of the public,and improve relation between police and masses,thus effectively decrease the occurrence of public trust crisis.
