摘要
要使学生在有限的课堂时间内掌握更多的知识和提高语言能力,必须对传统的大学英语教学方法进行改革;通过将翻转课堂的理念引入CBI(Content-Based Instruction)主题教学,构建大学英语CBI翻转课堂教学模式,并在大学英语的教学实践中验证模式的教学效果。教学实验结果表明,相比传统教学,大学英语CBI翻转课堂教学模式能显著提高学生的英语综合水平、学习动机、能动性、自主学习能力。
To enable students to master much more knowledge and improve English proficiency in the limited class,we have to reform the traditional college English teaching method.This paper attempts to construct College English CBI Flipped Classroom Teaching Model by integrating flipped classroom into Content-based Instruction,and applies it to college English classes to verify its effectiveness.The results from the teaching experiment show that,in comparison with the traditional teaching model,College English CBI Flipped Classroom Teaching Model can better improve students’ comprehensive English proficiency,and promote their motivation,agency and autonomy in English learning.
