Problems and Solutions of Legal College Students' Participating in Community Correction Practice

法学专业学生参与社区矫正实践教学可以培养大学生的专业实践能力,并促进地方法治文明建设;但实践中也存在着缺乏系统的规章制度、学生参与深度不够、缺乏良好的工作机制和知识储备等问题,针对上述问题,可以通过将社区矫正纳入实践课程体系并制定完善的配套制度、逐步推进学生参与深度、不断完善工作机制和培训交流机制、建立社区矫正中心等措施来解决,最终形成科学合理的社区矫正实践教学模式。

The students’ participation in community correction practice can cultivate students’ professional practice ability,and promote the construction of local legal civilization.However,there are problems in the practice,for example,the lack of systematic rules and regulations,the insufficient depth of students’ participation,the lack of good working mechanism and knowledge reserves.In view of the above problems,we can put the community correction into the practice curriculum system and formulate the perfect supporting system,promote the depth of student participation gradually,and constantly improve the working mechanism and training exchange mechanism,and set up community correction centers and so on.Finally,a scientific and reasonable community correction practice teaching mode will be formed.
