结合支气管镜勾画中央型肺癌GTV的相关性研究

摘要 目的:观察并比较结合支气管镜勾画中央型肺癌GTV与不结合支气管所勾画的GTV大小、靶区包含度及匹配指数。方法:58例中央型肺癌由同一放疗医师在相同窗宽窗位条件下分别勾画GTVx和结合支气管镜勾画GTVy。结果:58例病例中有32例GTVy大于GTVx,3例GTVy小于GTVx,其他的23例相等。靶区包含度为(97.35±2.82)%,匹配指数为(0.91±0.07)。结论:结合支气管镜勾画中央型肺癌GTV可更好的涵盖支气管浸润病灶,使放疗靶区更加精准,值得临床推广。
