摘要
某轻型车变速器匹配取力器进行台架试验过程中出现轴承失效的问题。运用仿真与试验相结合的方法进行研究。通过构建MASTA模型对整个系统进行计算分析,找出失效原因。从结构上对取力器进行改进,重新计算,满足设计要求,并进行台架试验验证。试验结果验证了仿真计算的准确性及解决的有效性。
The problem of bearing failure occurred during the test of a light vehicle transmission with power takeoff.Research on the method of combining simulation and experiment.Using the MASTA model to calculate and analyze the whole system,find out the cause of failure.Improve structure,recalculation,meet the design requirements,and bench test verification.Test results verify the accuracy of the simulation and the validity of the solution.
