“大农业”推动城镇化实践与展望——以广西百色市田阳县为例

Practice and Prospect:Mega-Agriculture Promotes Urbanization——A Case Study of Tianyang County in Baise,Guangxi

城镇化建设作为一项在相同时间、不同空间进行的国家战略,西部民族地区面临诸多先天不足,与东部地区以及区域内部之间都存在较大差异,具有明显的特殊性,需要有针对性研究。文章通过对以"农业强县"的田阳县城镇化率及主要经济指标分析,将其与区域内"工业强县"平果县进行对比,认为田阳县依托现代农业推动城镇化之路成效显著,基于此对田阳县以"农业为根本、市场为突破、工业助提升、三产促融合"的"大农业"战略进行了剖析与展望。

Urbanization is a national strategy implemented in different places at the same time.The western ethnic area of China faces many inherent shortages, and there are great differences between the east ＆ west and among different regions in the west of China. This constitutes the particularity of the west, which requires targeted research.Analysis is conducted on the urbanization rate and major economic indicators of Tianyang （a strong agricultural county）, comparing with Pingguo （a strong industrial county）.Conclusion is reached that Tianyang has achieved great progress on the promotion of urbanization based on megaagriculture.Through the above research, this paper aims to offer analysis and prospect for the megaagriculture strategy, which takes agriculture as the foundation, market as a breakthrough, industry as promoting force, and tertiary industry as integrating strength.
