犬膀胱结石的临床病例分析与诊治体会

Dog Bladder Calculi:Analysis on Clinical Cases and Experience of Diagnosis & Treatment

犬膀胱结石是指在膀胱中存在无机或有机盐类结晶的凝结物,是犬泌尿系统常见的疾病之一。文章以一犬膀胱结石的诊断和治疗为例,分析采用临床检查、实验室检查(包括B型超声波检查、X射线检查、尿液常规检查)、手术探查等进行综合诊断,并通过手术治疗及术后护理等措施,成功治愈犬膀胱结石的诊治情况,为犬膀胱结石的诊断和治疗提供参考。

Dog bladder calculus means that there is concretion of non-organic or organic salt crystallization in the bladder,which is one of the common diseases in dog urinary system.This paper aims to shed light on the diagnosis and treatment of dog bladder calculi, through analyzing one successful case of curing dog bladder calculi by taking the following actions： make comprehensive diagnosis by means of clinical examination, laboratory examination （including B- type ultrasound examination, X- ray examination, routine urine examination） , and surgical exploration;conduct surgery and post operative nursing.
