摘要
基于实时仿真技术的高压/特高压直流输电控制保护系统半实物仿真测试,是一种重要的技术研究与工程设计手段,其核心是柔性直流换流器的实时仿真模型。研究了大容量高电压模块化多电平换流器的实时仿真建模技术;尤其针对一种适用于特高压直流输电系统的半桥-全桥混合型柔直换流器,提出并实现了开关信号等效的建模方法,仿真结果表明该方法具有很高的精度,且不需要额外仿真机设备。搭建了一个三端特高压直流输电仿真系统,并结合真实的柔直控制保护设备进行了一系列半实物仿真测试。测试结果表明,本文提出的仿真系统能够满足半桥-全桥混合型模块化多电平换流器的控制保护系统半实物仿真测试需要,初步验证了特高压多端直流输电系统的控制保护策略。
Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation plays an important role in the research and development of HV/UHV DC systems, of which the key technology is the real time simulation model of MMC-HVDC. In this paper, the real time modeling technology of MMC-HVDC is studied. Especially, a gate signal equivalent method is proposed for modeling of a half and full bridge hybrid MMC applicable for UHV HVDC system. Simulation results show that the proposed method provides high accuracy, while requiring no extra simulators. A three-terminal UHV HVDC system is modeled, and a series of HIL tests are carried out, which show the effectiveness of both the simulation method and control strategies.
