自准直仪功能扩展的测量平台设计

摘要 自准直仪是一种光学测角仪器,利用光学自准直原理来观测目标位置的变化,对零件的直线度和平面度进行测量。由于被测工件的高度、长度和宽度等尺寸动态范围大,对测量仪器主体的支承平台提出了高度调整、横向平移、对焦旋转等方面的姿态精密调整需求。本文通过分析自准直仪的使用过程和特点,从测量范围、测量精度、测量过程中保持同一基准等要求,确保自准直仪测量精度最优条件下实现高准确度的高效测量,为自准直仪设计了一款专用的高精度、高稳定性的功能扩展测量平台。为实验室提供了高精度、高稳定性的测量实验保障,为相关平台的研发提供了理论基础和设计参考。 The autocollimation is a kind of optical Angle instrument,which uses optical self-alignment principle to observe the change of the target position,and measure the degree of straightness of the parts. Due to the large dynamic range of the height,length and width of the workpiece to be measured,the precise adjustment of the attitude of the measuring platform,such as height adjustment,lateral translation,focusing rotation,etc,are put forward. Through the analysis of the use of autocollimation process and characteristics,from measuring range,measuring accuracy,and maintaining the same benchmark in the measurement process,the high accuracy of accurate measurement of the autocollimation,a special high-precision,high-stability function extension measuring platform are designed for autocollimation. Providing high-precision,high-stability measurements for laboratories,theoretical basis and design reference for the development of relevant platform are provided.
