探究中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

Investigation of efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of transient ischemic attack

目的研究短暂性脑缺血患者接受中西医结合治疗的临床效果,为临床中医治疗提供可靠的依据。方法 96例短暂性脑缺血患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各48例。观察组使用中西医结合治疗,对照组使用常规西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为79.17%,观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.83%,观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血患者的治疗效果比较突出,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of transient ischemic attack patients,and provide reliable reference for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 96 transient ischemic attack patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The control group had total effective rate of clinical treatment as 79.17%,which was 95.83% in the observation group.The observation group had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows remarkable treatment effect for transient ischemic attack patients,and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
