试析双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的试析双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法 88例小儿腹泻患儿,采用平行对照法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散与蒙脱石散联合治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及各项症状消失时间、用药总时间。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿退热时间、呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间、大便恢复正常时间、用药总时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻,具有显著的疗效,值得在临床中借鉴使用。 bObjective To analyze the effect of bifidobacterium triple viable powder and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 88 diarrhea children weer divided by parallel control method into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable powder and montmorillonite powder.Comparison were made on clinical efficacy,symptoms disappearance time and total medication time between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 95.45% than 79.55% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The observation group had shorter antipyretic time,vomiting disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time,stool recovery time,total medication time than the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of bifidobacterium triple viable powder and montmorillonite powder shows remarkable efficacy in treating pediatric diarrhea,and it is worthy of clinical reference and application.
