摘要
临床试验需要设计病例报告表(Case Report Form,CRF),其目的是保证病例数据记录真实、规范、完整,以提高临床试验的质量。当下CRF表趋向于在线设计,REDCap(Research Electronic Data Capture)系统是一个成熟、安全的在线临床研究和试验数据库网络应用程序系统,在设计CRF表方面具有很多优势。本文主要介绍用REDCap数据采集系统设计CRF表的具体操作方法和注意事项。
The case report form （CRF） is a necessary element of clinical trial which to ensure that the case data records are truthful, normative,and complete,and that to improve the quality of clinical trials. The CRF tends to be online designs. The REDCap （Research Electronic Data Capture） system is a mature and safe online network application system for clinical research and experimental database, which has many advantages in the design of CRF. This article mainly introduces the specific operation methods and precautions of design CRF tables using the REDCap system.
