摘要
泡沫铝是近年来日益发展的一种新型结构–功能一体化材料。为了更加深入清晰地了解各因素对泡沫铝压缩性能的影响,选取影响泡沫铝压缩性能的尺寸、孔隙率、孔径作为讨论对象,系统地阐述了这3个因素对泡沫铝压缩性能与吸能性能的影响。分析表明,试件尺寸对泡沫铝的压缩和吸能性能均有重要影响;孔隙率对泡沫铝的性能具有决定性作用;孔径对泡沫铝压缩和吸能性能的影响规律尚有待揭示。
Aluminum foam is an innovative structural and functional material which has been developed in recent years. In order to explore the influence of various factors on the compressive property of aluminum foam, the size, porosity and cell diameter affecting the compressive property of foam aluminum were selected in this paper. The effects of three factors on the compressive and energy absorption property of aluminum foam were described systematically. The analysis shows that the specimen size has an important influence on the compressive and energy absorption property of aluminum foam; porosity plays a decisive role in the property of aluminum foam; the influence of pore size on the compressive and energy absorption property of aluminum foam has yet to be revealed.
