富水流砂地层中热力隧道内接收顶管机头施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 农展南路热力管线在穿越东四环朝阳公园桥施工中,所处地层为粉土、细砂、滞水、潜水地层,为确保周边道路通行安全,避免作业面发生流砂、坍塌、失稳等危及施工安全的情况,施工中采取暗挖隧道和泥水平衡顶管两种敷设方式,在隧道内接收顶管机头施工中对地层采用全断面止水加固注浆,局部渐变断面,动态监测,保证了热力管线的安全穿越。 During the construction of Chaoyang Park Bridge across East Fourth Ring Road, the heat pipeline of Nongzhan South Road is located in Chaoyang Park Bridge. The strata are silt, fine sand, stagnant water and submersible strata. To ensure the safety of the surrounding roads, sand flow, collapse and loss of work surface are avoided stability and other endanger the construction safety situation, the construction of underground tunnel excavation and slurry balance pipe jacking two kinds of laying way, receiving pipe jacking in the tunnel construction of the whole section of the strata using full-face waterproof grouting, local graded cross section, dynamic monitoring, to ensure the safety of the heat pipe through.
