Brick-and-mortar Retail Enterprises Seek Innovation Transformation in the Challenge

2016年11月,国务院办公厅印发《关于推动实体零售创新转型的意见》,提出了调整商业结构、促进跨界融合、优化发展环境、强化政策支持等18条意见。《意见》出台后,各地认真落实《意见》确定的各项措施和要求,积极探索创新转型模式,掀起了踊跃创新转型的热潮,实体零售经营困难局面有所改善,呈现出回稳向好态势。但部分实体零售企业仍面临众多挑战,存在成本上升、竞争加剧、经营困难,创新转型难度大等问题。从发展趋势看,着力营造创新转型环境,努力构建零售业发展新格局,加快实体零售创新转型是必然选择。

In November 2016,the office of the State Council issued the opinions on promoting the transformation and transformation of entity retail,and put forward 18 suggestions,such as adjusting the business structure,promoting cross-border integration,optimizing the development environment and strengthening policy support. After the publication of the ＂opinions＂,all localities conscientiously implement the measures and requirements determined by the＂opinions＂,actively explore the transformation mode of innovation,and set off an upsurge of innovation and transformation. The difficult situation of brick-and-mortar retail has improved,and showing a good trend of stabilization.However,some brick-and-mortar retail enterprises still face many challenges,such as rising cost,intensifying competition,difficult operation,and difficult innovation,and so on. From the trend of development,it is an inevitable choice to create a new environment of innovation and transformation,to build a new pattern of retail development and to speed up the transformation of brick-and-mortar retail innovation.
