跨境电商助推河北外贸转型升级路径与对策研究

The Research on the Path and Countermeasures to Promote Transformation and Upgrade of Hebei Foreign Trade by Cross-border E-commence

随着互联网时代的到来,跨境电子商务发展迅速,"互联网+外贸"将成为我国进出口贸易的新模式。文章首先从发展跨境电子商务的意义和现状入手,分析河北外贸的发展困境。其次指出河北外贸的转型路径,借助"一带一路"战略契机,鼓励企业对外投资;建立外向型企业联盟,实现虚拟经营;建设外贸转型示范基地,促进出口产品转型升级。最后提出借助跨境电商促进河北外贸发展的对策,打造跨境电商交易平台,实现在线交易;建立公共海外仓,提高物流配送效率;推进银企合作,提供在线支付结算服务。

With the advent of the Internet era,the cross-border e-commerce has got further development,＂internet＋ foreign trade＂will become a new model of China＇s import and export trade. First of all,this paper analyzes the development predicament of Hebei foreign trade from the point of the analysis of the significance and current situation of the development of cross-border e-commerce. Then it points out that transformation path of Hebei foreign trade that is to use ＂The Belt and Road＂strategic opportunity,encourage enterprises to invest abroad,establish an export-oriented enterprise alliance to realize virtual operation,build a demonstration base of foreign trade and promote the transformation and upgrading of export products. Finally,this paper puts forward the strategy to promote the developing of Hebei foreign trade by cross-border e-commence,such as making business online by building transaction platform of cross-border e-commence,constructing public oversea warehouse to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,pushing forward the cooperation of banks and enterprises to provide payment and settlement service online.
