“智慧物流”时代我国高校物流专业应用型人才培养校企合作机制研究——以燕京理工学院物流管理专业为例

Research on the School-Enterprise-Cooperation Mechanism of Applicable Talents Training of Logistics Major in Chinese Universities in the Age of Intelligent Logistics——A Case Study from Logistics management Major of Yanjing Institute of Technology

"智慧物流"时代大幕拉起,物流行业竞争进入白热化,大"洗牌"正在加剧。物流人才需求也呈现出二元化剧变:一方面,物流信息化复合型人才正成为业内的宠儿;另一方面,仓储、理货、分拣等低端物流人员的需求因受到人工智能、"自营+众包"模式的冲击而呈现大幅下降趋势。高校物流专业应用型人才培养正面临着巨大的挑战。"智慧物流"时代,我国高校物流专业应用型人才培养应以"校企共赢"为核心理念,优化整合校企资源,科学设计校企合作机制,具体建议如下:第一,审时度势,依托区域物流发展走势,科学确定高校物流专业应用型人才的培养定位;第二,根据物流专业自身定位,夯实实习实训基地;第三,科学设计物流专业应用型人才培养的校企合作运行机制,以顺利实现应用型人才培养的目标。

With the advent of the ＂intelligent logistics＂era,the competition of logistics industry has been incandesced,and ＂big reshuffle＂is intensifying. Logistics talent demand also presents the drastic change of duplication.On the one hand,logistics information complex talents are becoming the favorite of the industry;on the other hand,the demand for low-end logistics personnel in warehousing,tally,sorting and so on is showing a significant downward trend due to the impact of artificial-intelligence and ＂self-operating ＋ crowdsourcing＂model. Applicable talents training of logistics major in universities is facing great challenges. At the age of ＂Intelligent logistics＂,applicable talents training of logistics major in Chinese universities should adopt ＂win-win between school and enterprise ＂as the core concept,optimize and integrate the resources of school and enterprise,scientific design the school-enterprise-cooperation mechanism. We should reassess the situation,according to the development trend of regional logistics to scientifically determine the talents cultivation positioning of applied-talents of logistics major in universities;consolidate the practice base according to the logistics professional positioning;design scientifically the schoolenterprise-cooperation mechanism of applicable talents training of logistics major in order to achieve the goal of training applied talents successfully.
