摘要
随着新媒体技术的发展,舆论引导工作的形势发生了显著而深刻的变化。在一些影响力较大的公共事件中,新媒体在信息供给、事件预警、议程设置和引导反思等方面的功能充分展现。当下我国政府舆论引导工作质量参差不齐,在工作思维与方法、信息公开透明度、舆情信息搜集研判科学化水平等方面存在问题。应该树立"善待媒体、善用媒体"的理念,转变社会治理的思路;积极发挥新媒体的社情民意搜集功能,畅通信息交互平台;创新政府宣传新模式,提升政府公信力;完善媒体素养培训机制,构建主流意识传播体系。
With the development of new media technology,the situation of public opinion guidance work has undergone significant and profound changes. In some influential public events,the function of new media in terms of the information supply,event warning,agenda settings,guide reflection and other aspects is fully demonstrates.At present,the quality of China's government public opinion guidance is uneven. The problems exist in working thinking and methods,transparency of information disclosure,and the scientific level of public opinion information collection and research. We should establish the idea of "be kind to the media and make good use of the media",change the thinking of social governance,actively develop the social media,smooth information exchange platform,innovate the new mode of government publicity,enhance the government's credibility,perfect media literacy training mechanism and construct the mainstream consciousness communication system.
