摘要
"专升本"学生作为本科院校的特殊群体,有鲜明的心理特征。教师作为学生思想和职业规划教育的骨干力量,在管理"专升本"学生群体中发挥至关重要的作用。教师应针对"专升本"学生的特点合理引导,不断加强"专升本"学生的教育管理工作。
In the undergraduate colleges and universities,upgraded students as a special group,has its distinct personality characteristics and psychological characteristics. As the main backbone of student ideological education and career planning,teachers play an important role in the management of the upgraded students. Teachers should aim at the personality characteristics of students,correctly guide the group,and continuously strengthen the education management work of upgraded students.
