摘要 文章将高桩码头承载力影响因素分为"承载力随机性影响因素"、"承载力衰减性影响因素"两大类。文章先定性描述了各因素含义,定量确定了各因素统计值,继而通过计算并采用函数拟合,最终确定码头各构件承载力衰减函数最适于采用分子为一次多项式、分母为二次多项式的有理式进行描述。从而,只要确定码头构件在初始时刻以及其他任意三个时刻的承载力,便可以完全确定码头构件承载力随机过程,进而评估码头构件时变可靠度。 In this paper, the influence factors of bearing capacity were classified into two categories " randomness factor" and " attenuation factor". The specific meaning of each factor was explained and their statistic parameters were calculated. Furthermore,the bearing capacity attenuation functions for wharf components were established by function fitting. In conclusion,the rational expression with linear polynomial numerator and quadratic polynomial denominator is best for the attenuation function. As long as the bearing capacity can be assured at the initial moment and other three moments,the model of time-dependent bearing capacity can be entirely built. So the time-dependent reliability can be assessed.
