摘要
对某港口工程大跨度工业廊道的吊装过程进行力学性能分析,以验证大跨度钢结构廊道的单片桁架吊装方案以及施工方案的可行性。采用有限元软件MIDAS对单片桁架吊装过程的起吊和翻身阶段建立有限元模型,并进行计算分析。定量分析该廊道的单片桁架在不同施工阶段的受力特点,着重分析单片桁架翻身吊装过程。通过有限元分析得出单片钢桁架各杆件的力学性能的变化特点,评价安装方案的安全性以及合理性,并为后续工程提供指导。
In this paper,mechanical performance of the hoisting process of large-span industrial corridor in a certain harbor engineering project was analyzed to verify the scheme of monolithic truss hoisting process of the large-span steel structure corridor and the feasibility of construction scheme. Finite element models of the process hoisting and overturning the monolithic truss were established with FEM software MIDAS,and the calculation analysis was also conducted. The quantitative analysis of mechanical characteristics of monolithic truss in different construction stages was taken,especially the hoisting and overturning process of the monolithic truss. The conclusions of FEM analysis show that the characteristics of the variation of mechanical properties of members in monolithic steel truss,which evaluate the safety and rationality of this hoisting scheme,provide guidance for subsequent similar projects.
