基于电子航道图的长江上游山区航道助航技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对长江山区航道通航环境复杂船舶安全航行压力大,建立了基于移动平均法的航道水位预测模型,拟定了能见度传感器布设方案并形成了信息采集软件,解决了控制河段通航环境信息采集技术问题;同时建立了基于电子航道图的长江上游山区航道助航集成服务平台,实现了山区航道安全航行与可视距离预警以及控制河段通行指挥指挥等功能,为长江山区航道通航服务水平提升提供技术支持。 Aiming at the risk and pressure of sailing in complex environment in the Yangtze River,the water level forecasting models were put forward based on the moving average method,and the layout scheme of visibility sensor and the information acquisition software were developed. The technical problems of navigation environment information collection in restricted waterway were solved. Then navigation integrated service platform of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River waterway based on the electronic navigation charts was established,and warning of safe navigation of mountainous waterways and visual distance,restricted waterway of the river traffic command and other functions were achieved to provide technical support for the Yangtze River waterway navigation services.
