摘要
设计了一套全自动化磨料射流实验控制系统。控制系统以PLC为核心控制器,搭载人机交互界面,实现了调压、磨料输送、循环水等功能块一体化远程自动控制。介绍了该系统的组成结构、工作原理及总体控制方案;阐述了各功能块的硬件组成与控制原理;进行了PLC与人机界面软件结构设计。压力控制性能测试结果表明,该系统压力调节稳定、超调量小,满足实验要求,系统操作简单,功能完善,节能高效,已用于射流技术实验研究。
A set of the complete automatic control system of the abrasive water jet experiment is designed.The control system with PLC as the core controller and equipped with the human-computer interface,realizes the integrated automatic remote control of the functional block of pressure regulation,abrasive conveying,circulating water,etc.The composition structure,working principle and overall control scheme of the experimental platform are introduced.The hardware constitution and control principle of each function block are expounded upon,and the software design of PLC with the human-computer interface is carried out.The pressure control performance test shows that the system is stable in pressure regulation and small in overshooting,which meets the requirements of the experiment.The system has the simple operation,perfect function,energy saving and high efficiency,and has been used for the experimental research on water jet technology.
