摘要
设计了一套锂电池状态监控与报警系统,该系统主要包含主控、测量、诊断、显示和报警等子模块,能够对电池工作电压、电流、温度及荷电状态等主要参数和工作状态进行实时监控和健康评估,当参数异常时系统可自主报警。以18650锂电池进行了实际测试,测试结果表明该系统工作稳定可靠。
A set of the monitoring and alarming system for the state of lithium batteries is designed,which mainly includes the modules of the main control,measurement,diagnosis,display,alarm,etc.The real-time monitoring and health assessment of the main parameters and working state of the battery such as working voltage,current,temperature,state of charge,etc.,can be carried out.When the parameters are abnormal,the system can alarm independently and remind the driver or managerial personnel.The actual test is carried out with 18650 lithium batteries and the test results show that the system is stable and reliable.
