高职物流专业课程小班化联合实训的实践

为解决物流实训室设施与设备数量不足的问题,嘉兴职业技术学院尝试开展了物流专业课程小班化联合实训。学生动手操作时间有效延长,技能水平明显提升,设备利用效率大幅提高。探讨了如何解决专业课程小班化使实训成本增加、实训室使用不均衡、指导任务加重等问题。通过"请进来、走出去"深化校企合作;完善内、协调外,加强实训室管理;内激励、外聘贤,充实师资队伍等措施,提升小班化联合实训的效果。

In order to solve the problem of the lack of facilities and equipment in the logistics training room,Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College has tried to carry out a joint training of small classes for the logistics specialized courses.The time of the students' hands-on operation is prolonged effectively,their skill level is obviously enhanced,and the efficiency of equipment utilization is greatly improved.The problems of the training cost increase,uneven use of the training rooms,aggravation of the guiding work,etc.,caused by small classes for the specialized courses have been basically solved.The college-enterprise cooperation is deepened through the"Inviting-in and going-out"method,the internal and external coordination is improved,and the management of the training rooms is strengthened.The internal incentive mechanism is implemented,and external talented personnel is invited to enrich the teaching staff so that the effect of the joint training of the small classes is improved.
