摘要 针对地方院校探讨卓越工程人才培养计划环境推进实践内容的更新优化设计,通过院校资源整合和共享环境改革调整学习及考核方法、研究校企联合培养环境协同创新教学模式以及转型改革发展环境改变教学理念。融合新工科背景下的多环境构建理工科专业"四层次四方位"实践教学体系模式,该模式有助于高校各种资源有效整合优化和强化联合交叉学科培养,以及有效提高学生自主实践创新能力和促进理工科专业应用型人才培养的转型改革发展。 In view of the local colleges and universities,the exploration on the updating and optimizing design of the environmental promotion practice content for the excellent engineering talent training program is carried out.Through the integration of resources and reform of sharing environment among the schools,the learning and assessment methods are adjusted,and the coordinative innovation teaching mode for the universityenterprise joint training environment and the transformation of the reform and development environment to change the teaching idea are studied.With the integration of the multi-environment under the background of the new engineering,the practical teaching system mode with the"Four levels and four sides"for the science and engineering majors is constructed.This mode helps to effectively integrate all kinds of university resources,optimize and strengthen the joint cross-disciplinary training,effectively improve students' independent practice and innovation ability and promote the transformation and reform of application-oriented talent training for science and engineering majors.
