高校贵重仪器设备共享平台二期建设的探索

Exploration on second-phase construction of valuable instrument and equipment sharing platform in colleges and universities

当下高校贵重仪器设备共享平台一期建设普遍存在各层面对接不融洽、平台潜能未完全激发、激励机制不够完善、运行管理重视不够等问题,从理论和实践层面进一步探索共享平台二期改造升级路径有其必要和价值。基于华侨大学多年的管理实践总结与感悟,立足共享平台建设的必要条件,坚持新发展理念为引领,确立共享平台二期改造升级的新思维,以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享等理念为规划指引,是完善与创新共享平台二期升级的有效路径,以求达成"万众"共享贵重仪器设备的科研资源,实现高校贵重仪器资源绩效进一步最大化。

At present,in the first-phase construction of the valuable instrument and equipment sharing platforms exist some common problems that the connections at different levels are unharmonious,the potential of the sharing platforms is not fully exploited,the incentive mechanism is not complete,the operation management doesn't receive enough attention,etc.From the theoretical and practical levels,the further exploration is carried out on the necessity and value of the path for the second-phase construction of upgrading the sharing platforms.Based on the years' practice and experience of Huaqiao University,the effective paths to improve and innovate the second-phase construction of upgrading the sharing platforms are as the following:keeping the foothold on the necessary conditions of the sharing platform construction,adhering to the new development idea,establishing the new thinking for the second-phase construction of upgrading the sharing platforms and taking the idea of innovation,coordination,greeness,opening,sharing,etc.,as the planning guideline,and to realize the maximum performance of valuable instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.
