摘要
采用模压法制备了PEEK/GF/CNTs复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学、电性能、导热、耐摩擦等性能。结果表明:当CNTs含量为8%时,PEEK/GF/CNTs复合材料的拉伸强度最大为80.63 MPa;其导热系数随着CNTs含量的增加而增加,当CNTs含量为10%时,导热系数最大,为0.354 8 W/(m·K);体积电阻率随着CNTs含量的增加而逐渐减小;当CNTs含量为8%时,PEEK/GF/CNTs复合材料摩擦系数最佳值为0.113;CNTs能有效阻止PEEK基体从PEEK/GF/CNTs复合材料表面翘起、剥落;CNTs的加入降低了PEEK的结晶性能。
PEEK/GF/CNTs composites were prepared by molding method, and the mechanical, electrical properties, heat conduction and friction resistance of the composites were studied. The results show that: when the content of CNTs is 8%, the maximum tensile strength of PEEK/GF/CNTs composites is 80.63 MPa. The thermal conductivity increases with the increase of CNTs content. When the content of CNTs is 10%, the maximum thermal conductivity is 0.354 8 W/(m·K). The volume resistivity decreases with the increase of CNTs content. When the content of CNTs is 8%, the optimum value of friction coefficient of PEEK/GF/CNTs composites is 0.113. CNTs can effectively prevent the PEEK matrix from warping and peeling off the surface of the PEEK/GF/CNTs composites. The addition of CNTs reduces the crystallization of the PEEK.
