摘要
"理性"是工匠精神的重要基础,其内涵从"主体理性"到"主体间交往理性"的演变既有历史现实性,又具有逻辑必然性,体现出历史与逻辑的统一。在生活世界视域中,主体间交往理性以真实性、真诚性以及正当性三原则为标志,在其统摄下技术理性、创新理性等主体工具理性与合作理性、审美理性、伦理理性等主体价值理性能够被整合与统一起来,从而保证技术实践行为的有效性,充分凸显工匠精神的整体意义。职业教育需选择合理路径来培养学生的"理性",孕育工匠精神:"理性"培养融入教育全过程,导引工匠精神;"理性"养成融于"共同体"构建,培育工匠精神;"理性"唤醒涵于文化建设,陶冶工匠精神。
Rationality is an important foundation of artisan spirit. Its connotation evolves from "subject rationality" to "subjeeteommunicative rationality", which has both historical reality and logical necessity, reflecting the unification of history and logic. In reality, the communicative rationality between subjects is marked by the three principles of authenticity, sincerity and legitimacy. Under its generalization, the main tools of rationality and cooperative rationality such as technical rationality and innovative rationality, aesthetic rationality and ethical rationality can be integrated and unified, so as to ensure the effectiveness of technical practices, while the significance of spirit of craftsman can be highlighted as a whole. Vocational education can provide the path for rational cultivation and the spirit of craftsman; "rational" training integrates education into the whole process of education and leads the spirit of craftsmen; "rationality" fosters integration with the "technological practical community" to build up the spirit of craftsman; and "rational" cultural construction cultivate the spirit of craftsman.
