中文发表的延续性护理随机对照试验摘要报告质量评价

Evaluation of Abstracts on Randomized Controlled Trials in Continuity of Patient Care Published in Chinese

目的评价中文发表的延续性护理随机对照试验摘要报告质量。方法计算机检索主要中文数据库,纳入中文发表的延续性护理随机对照试验,依据"摘要CONSORT声明"标准评价纳入的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCT)摘要报告质量。采用StataSE 12.0和RevMan 5.3统计软件分析影响摘要报告质量的因素。结果纳入的674篇RCT摘要报告中严重报告不足(<30%)的条目有标题(0)、作者(16.2%)、干预(18.5%)、随机化(22.1%)、盲法(0.4%)、分析例数(1.5%)、结果-结局(19.1%)、危害(2.4%)、实验注册(0)和资助(15.3%)。分层分析显示:核心期刊(9个条目)、作者数量≥3人(6个条目)、作者单位数≥2(5个条目)及基金资助(6个条目)可以提高RCT摘要报告质量(P<0.05)。结论中文发表的延续性护理的RCT摘要报告质量有待提高;合理利用"摘要CONSORT"标准,有助于提高RCT摘要报告信息的完整性。

Objective To assess the abstracts on randomized controlled trials in continuity of patient care published in Chinese.Methods The computer retrieved the main Chinese database,and randomized controlled trials(RCT)in continuity of patient care published in Chinese were included.We evaluated the quality of the included RCT reports based on the criteria of"Abstract-CONSORT".The quality of the abstract reports was analyzed using StataSE12.0 and RevMan 5.3 statistical software.Results The inclusion of 674 RCT reports were identified.The items of serious insufficient report(<30%)are title(0),authors(16.2%),interventions(18.5%),randomisation(22.1%),blinding(0.4%),cases(1.5%),results-outcomes(19.1%),harms(2.4%),trial registration(0)and funding(15.3%).Hierarchical analysis showed that core journals(9 items),the number of authors≥3(6 items),the number of author units≥2(5 items)and funding(6 items)could improve the reporting quality(P <0.05).Conclusion The qualities of abstracts on RCT in continuity of patient care published in Chinese need to be improved.Using the "Abstract-CONSORT"can help to improve the completeness of the RCT's abstract report.
