代孕行为引发的社会伦理问题探析

文章通过探究主要国家代孕行为及代孕母的现状,对委托方采用代孕手段的心态及代孕结果可能导致的双方心态进行了分析。论述了代孕行为带来的代孕母的健康保障问题、代孕婴儿的成长环境问题、引发的人格尊严问题及贫富矛盾激化问题,最后针对现阶段相应法律的缺失提出可行性建议。

By analyzing status of surrogacy and surrogate mother in major countries,mentality of clients and both parties' mentality caused by surrogacy are discussed.The health guarantee issues of surrogate mothers,growth environment problem of surrogate babies,problem of personal dignity and intensification of the contradiction between the rich and the poor which is caused by surrogacy are expounded.Finally,some feasible suggestions are put forward for the lack of corresponding laws at this stage.
