摘要
基础教育是整个教育体系的基础。为确保基础教育质量的提升,美国、日本和新加坡致力于国家政策、教育内容和方法的创新,剖析三国的基础教育便可以得知,三国在教育目标取向、教育举措等方面各有侧重,通过对比有助于把握各国基础教育的特色,最后归纳提出"双理论"指导下以人为本理念的践行、"双方向"指引下教育目标的实现及"双举措"驱动下基础教育课程教学及内容的创新三个方面的启示,为提高我国基础教育质量作参考。
Elementary education is the basis of whole education system. In order to guarantee improvement of elementary education quality, USA, Japan and Singapore have been committed to innovating national policies as well as educational content and methods. It can be concluded that the three countries have their own focus in terms of such aspects including target orientation and education initiative by analyzing elementary education of the three countries. Comparison helped grasping features of elementary education in each country. Finally, three enlightenments, namely, fulfillment of people oriented concept under the guidance of "two theories", achieving of education target under the guidance of "two directions", and innovation of elementary education course teaching and content under the drive of "two initiatives" were systematically proposed to provide reference for improving China's elementary education quality.
