早期认知语言康复训练对发育迟缓患儿的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的研究早期认知语言康复训练对发育迟缓患儿的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月~2017年3月收治的66例发育迟缓患儿,分为对照组与观察组,每组33例,对照组患者采用常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用早期认知语言康复训练。两组均干预3个月,采用语言发育商与S-S法(sign-significant)、Gesell发育量表、语言发育迟缓评价法评估两组患者语言康复能力的差异。结果治疗后观察组患儿S-S法语言评定总有效率(84.85%)明显高于对照组(57.58%),P<0.05;治疗后两组患儿语言发育商评分均有改善,但两组患儿在治疗1个月语言发育商比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗3个月后观察组患儿语言发育商评分结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后患儿适应性行为、大运动行为、精细运动行为以及个人社交行为评分结果各项指标均有改善,两组患儿在治疗1个月时各项指标比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗3个月后观察组患儿各指标评分结果改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对发育迟缓患儿进行早期认知语言康复训练,可促进患儿运动、语言等功能的发育,改善临床症状,有助于患儿更好的成长。 Objective To investigate the effects of early cognitive language rehabilitation of children with developmental delay(DD). Methods 66 children with DD in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatments, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 33 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation and the patients in the observation group received early cognitive language rehabilitation and routine rehabilitation training. The patients of the two groups were intervened for 3 months. The effects of the two rehabilitation approaches on language rehabilitation ability of the patients were observed and compared by the Gesell development scale, the language developmental quotient and the S-S language developmental delay evaluation method. Results After treatment, the total efficiency of S-S language assessment in observation group was 84.85%, significantly higher than that in the control group [(57.58%), (P〈0.05)]. the language development quotient scores were improved in two group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups of children at 1 months of treatment (P〉0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the language development quotient scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). After treatment,all indexes were improved, but there was no significant difference between the two groups of children at 1 months of treatment(P〉0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the improvement of each index scores in the observation group were obviously higher to that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early cognitive language rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with DD, and facilitate the development of language, sports and other functional areas, which can help children grow better.
