22例功能性构音障碍儿童言语矫治的疗效研究

The Efficacy of Speech Terapy for 22 Children with Functional Dysarthira

目的探讨功能性构音障碍儿童言语矫治方法,验证其疗效。方法采用自编调查表了解22例功能性构音障碍儿童喂养及口部运动等情况,评价其语音清晰度;采用一对一机构康复结合家庭康复的模式进行言语矫治,矫治后再次评价其语音清晰度。结果患儿语音清晰度由矫治前的62.4%提高到了矫治后的92.9%,平均提高了30.5%,矫治前后的差异具有极显著的统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。结论本研究制订的针对功能性构音障碍儿童的言语矫治方法能明显改善其言语清晰度。

Objective To study the method of speech therapy for children with functional dysarthria and to verify its efficacy. Methods In 22 functional dysarthria children,mouth feeding and motor function were analyzed, and the evaluation of speech intelligibility; The one on one to rehabilitation along with family rehabilitation was used for speech therapy, After that we assessed the speech intelligibility. Results The speech intelligibility of children increased from 62.4% before therapy to 92.9% after therapy, with an average improvement of 30.5%, the difference of the prior and after therapy has statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion In this research, the speech therapy method for children with functional dysarthria is effective and can significantly improve speech intelligibility.
